USAID tasked Moore Marketing and Media Group with launching a multi-platform public awareness outreach campaign for Jordan’s Capital Markets. First, we successfully developed relationships with reporters in the region resulting in positive, educational articles and stories about the Capital Market in Arabic and English newspapers and Jordan Television (a first for the Jordan Capital Market). Second, our PR specialists worked with the Access to Microfinance and Improved Implementation of Policy Reform (AMIR) Program to establish a weekly educational column in The Jordan Times. Third, our team developed a three month PR campaign that incorporated international and local media in promoting the Jordan Securities Commission international conference of securities commissions, which drew both attendees and over 60 members of the media.
The AMIR project was so successful that they quickly allocated additional funds for Moore Marketing and Media to provide broadcast, production and journalism training for Jordan TV’s staff (talent, camera crews, editors, producers and studio personal). In addition, we supervised and produced the launch of The Economy Show with Khalid Zubati.
